Having used many different tools over the last couple of years, I have finally found a few that I really rely on to help me with daily task management, and I thought I would let you know what these are. I think I have written about all of these individually in the past, so I apologise if I'm repeating myself, but I really can't say anything bad about these tools. The last day of January, how did 31 days pass so quickly? It seems like only yesterday that it was 1 January and everyone was talking about goals for 2013. So, how is everyone getting on with their 2013 goals? I for one have made some progress, but not as much as I would have liked. This month I have launched my Format your own eBook Template which so far has been selling well. It wasn't something I had even added to my new products/services list for 2013, it was one of those ideas that spring into your head randomly, and I was very happy it did. Who needs a schedule?

I read many articles which suggest you become more disciplined, create a schedule and stick to it, or plan every hour of the day so you know exactly what you're doing and when.  But having tried and tested these suggestions over the last year or so I have come to the conclusion that having a set schedule does not agree with me. Stress One of the main reasons it doesn't agree with me is because when I write down an hour by hour schedule, if something 'off the schedule' happens it cascades down the rest of the days activities causing me to stress about what I should be doing, rather than actually getting on with the work in question.
